About Nicole:

I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) and have been practicing for 6 years in counselling therapy and community mental health.

I understand seeking support in our hardest moments can be an intimidating task. I prioritize creating a safe space, where you can explore your needs, goals, and challenges. You are the expert on yourself, and my role is to accompany you in determining where there are opportunities for new skills, or shifts in perspectives.

I would be honoured to be a part of your journey. If you feel I may be a good fit, or would like to connect to see if we click, please reach out so we can explore!

  • To feel safe and share intimate details about yourself, it's helpful to share a genuine connection! It’s important to feel comfortable and that building a trusting relationship with your counsellor is possible. Here is a little about me to help you determine if I might be that person!

I have always called Lake Superior home. I love spending summers near the water and nature, and admiring the beauty of winter from indoors while staying warm and cozy. I have far too many house plants, a small vintage tea cup collection, and my best accessory is dog hair on everything (not by choice!). My favourite adventures are when I get the opportunity to explore outside my comfort zone. Throughout my life I have had a passion for helping others and creating spaces for vulnerability and authenticity.
