About Jodi:

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) and have been practicing for 14 years in the field of mental health and addictions case management and counselling.

I work from a person-centered humanistic approach. I believe that you are the expert in your own life. I offer a very compassionate approach and am willing to meet you wherever you are at in your healing journey. I believe that building trust and rapport is very important in establishing an effective therapeutic relationship.

I would love to explore with you if I would be a good fit as your therapist. I offer a free 15 minute consultation to chat and see if you'd like to move forward in booking a session.

  • When I'm not working, I like to spend time outdoors (mostly in the summer and warmer months). I have a family camp on Prince Lake and I love spending time there enjoying the outdoors and being in the water. I have a dog named Duchess and she is the absolute best, so I like to spend a lot of time with her as well. Family and friends have always been very important to me so I like to spend my time with them whether it's just hanging out, going to the gym, travelling, or going bowling. I also enjoy a relaxing night in eating popcorn and watching Netflix. I have always had a passion for helping others and my goal is to create a safe space for vulnerability and healing so you can become the best version of yourself.

  • I attended Algoma University and obtained my Honours Bachelor's degree in Psychology and graduated in 2009. I then decided to further my education while working professionally and earned my Master's degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, graduating in 2015.
